I am a cancer biologist trained in epigenomics, working to understand how brain tumours rewire the chromatin states that emerging molecular therapies can target.

My research centres on diffuse midline glioma: a paediatric brain tumour that is uniformly fatal, with median survival under a year. These tumours are defined by a single mutation in histone H3 that reorganises the entire tumour epigenome, locking cells in an immature, tumorigenic state.
